Just checking in to let everyone know that I had an appointment today and my right leg is pretty well healed. Apparently kneecaps and ankles heal faster than...upper leg bones I don't know the name of because I am not a doctor. The left leg will still need to be in plaster for a few more weeks, but this means I can get around on crutches for a little while at a time. Of course it also means I have to start physical therapy, which I believe is actually legalised torture but it's better than the alternative. It feels nice to not have to be in that chair all the time. Though Liz is constantly yelling at me because she thinks I'll overdo it.

Me? Overdo something? I have no idea what she's talking about!

Hello, Honey. Mama and Dad say hello and that you must meet them soon. They're very demanding, I know. Just wanted to tell you that I am very glad you have fancy new crutches. I might even do a celebratory dance for you tomorrow when I get back! I'm sure you'll like that.

Hello, Gorgeous. I'd love to meet them. And hey, I can kind of sort of walk now! Not that I would walk to their house or anything. But the patio steps won't be a problem.

Your girls just made me grin like a doofus. Tell them hello from me too and I have presents for them! Also, Caleb says 'yo' and he has a story to tell you when he sees you tomorrow. He's so excited he even wrote it down. I may have helped.
