Just checking in to let everyone know that I had an appointment today and my right leg is pretty well healed. Apparently kneecaps and ankles heal faster than...upper leg bones I don't know the name of because I am not a doctor. The left leg will still need to be in plaster for a few more weeks, but this means I can get around on crutches for a little while at a time. Of course it also means I have to start physical therapy, which I believe is actually legalised torture but it's better than the alternative. It feels nice to not have to be in that chair all the time. Though Liz is constantly yelling at me because she thinks I'll overdo it.

Me? Overdo something? I have no idea what she's talking about!

I hope everyone is doing well.

You and Kait are just so adorable! I don't think even I can find the words to express how much you two melt my heart. I love you!

I will be running the trialthalon in no time. Or at least, I will be able to walk up the stairs. That will be nice!

We could make you a triathlon of stairs, kitchen and swimming pool! Maybe Pierre could even modify your wheelchair so that you could use it as a jetski! Although, now that you have regained the use of your limbs, maybe we should just make you use your crutches as oars... that sounds more like triathlon material.

Sweetheart, you more than filled your adorable quota with the muumuus. I may be somewhat biased toward my Kait, but I certainly wouldn't want you to feel as though you didn't make a very cute account of yourself.

Things are mostly going well on my end. I have a few things preying on my mind, but nothing that will keep me awake at night. Well, not for an overly long amount of time, anyway.

If I used my crutches as oars, Liz might take them away permanantly and that would make me a sad Peter.

Good to know the muumuu caper was adorable and not scary. Not the actual muumuus themselves, however. They are very scary! Especially the second one.

You know you can always come to me if you need to talk. But I am very glad to hear that things are mostly going well, Renee.

I know I can, Peter, and I really do appreciate it. I've talked to Deirdre and Kait about it, and they did make me feel a lot better. It's nothing terrible, so please, don't worry yourself unduly. It's just something that I have to live with. I may take you up on that offer soon, though. A different point of view would probably be helpful.

Muumuus are scarier when the Incredible Hulk is wearing them. He tried to smash me! Though he wasn't actually wearing a muumuu at the time... Maybe he thought I stole his muumuu?

Liz would have to catch crutch-oar Peter first! (Oh my, that sounded like crotch-whore...) *smiles brightly*

But not really. And you can take me up on the offer whenever it suits you. I'll try my best to help.
