Just checking in with everyone. I get the cast on my arm off in a few days and it will be replaced by a...thing. I am obviously not a doctor. But it will be a nice change. The girls are still loving school and everyday they bring me home charming examples of their work. Anna now has the multiplication tables mastered as far as 10. She's quite proud. Aly is still dealing with the insurance companies handeling the issues surrounding the burning down of her house. It's a long process, but she's doing rather well. I can help her with some things, but a lot of it is just listing the items that were lost and in that regard, I can't offer much assistance. Still, she's taking time off work and things will be dealt with soon. Hope, the newest addition to our household, is fitting in wonderfully. She's enjoying her new school and everything seems to be going well. Liz and Emma are quite enjoying being parents and they're running around the place glowing. Not literally, as then I'd worry.

Deirdre, you could never be ugly and I am very glad to hear that your face is healing. It's not just your face I am worried about though. Is everything else alright too? How are you feeling? HAve you spoken with Caitlin? I think that might help.

Aly says 'You can being biscuits any time!' though don't feel obligated to. She also says thank you for your well wishes.

Aww thank you! And...yeah that's a really damn good idea. I should call my Mam. She's moving here next week anyway, but waiting isn't going to do any good. Dammit, this means I have to hear about her lack of a sex life as she packs her crap! It's still very good advice though, thank you. I am feeling better though. My wonderful friends..and in fact YOUR wonderful friend David have seen to that.

I...have no idea what to say about what you;ll have to listen to on ringing your mother. Well besides better you than me ahem. Besides the fact that your mother talks about terrifying things, she also loves you and you'll be reminded of that. That's what's important. And Deirdre, if she does happen to relate specific details to you...you don't have to tell them all to me like you usually do. I am okay without knowing them!

David is a wonderful friend and I'm very glad he's helping you. As for everyone else, I'm very glad you have them. They are wonderful as well.

It's good to hear that your arm is getting better, Peter, I'm very glad. Do you have any idea how long it will be until you're able to have the casts off your legs?

I'm glad all the children are enjoying school, too. Lydia and Anna are such smart girls, and Hope sounds wonderful from what I've heard. Seeing you all happy really is magnificent.

Things are going well with me too, Peter. Christina is much happier now. In fact, we're currently ironing out the details of moving in together. We'll be in my old place for now, but we'll probably start looking for somewhere a little bigger soon. This place was never really intended to be a home for more than one.

I'm glad the girls are doing well. I am doing my best to make sure Hope is not alone at school, but she seems very happy so I do not have to work very hard :)

I talked to Deirdre and Renee about stuff. I'm doing okay, they helped a lot. They really are the most wonderful friends in the world. I called my parents and they sat with me the whole time. I love my friends.

All is well here, Peter. I'm getting over my frustration with school a little bit now that things are picking up. It's been nice getting to know Hope, as well as spending time with friends who I haven't been able to see enough of otherwise. Being at school with Tasha is really helping our relationship. She's really starting to fit in with our group, and it's made such a positive change in her. Things are going well *smiles* And we'll all take care of each other. That is something that I can always promise you.

I'm glad school is picking up for you. I remember feeling bored when I wasn't being challenged as well. And when I was taking Theology, but nevermind.

I can see that your friends have been good for Tasha. I hadn't met her before the pool party, but she seemed happy and kind and that's a vast improvement on what I'd heard. It takes a very strong person to want to change for the better and an even stronger person to actually do it and succeed.

I do believe you'll always take care of each other. I always have. I have more faith in all of you than I have in most adults I've met. You'll all be just fine.

I can only imagine the boredom when you were taking Theology. I'm sure I wouldn't last five minutes in a nunnery! I'd be trying to snog all the young, pretty nuns... Do they have young, pretty nuns?

I tried to imagine you in a nunnery and I couldn't. I would take that as a compliment. As for young pretty nuns, they may exsist but I myself have never seen one. Kind of like Bigfoot or Nessie, you hear about them but never have a sighting yourself. I only saw the scary ones that hit you with things. Of course then I was a priest and they couldn't hit me anymore, but they could glare. OH they could glare!
